Bryn Rawlyk opened The Night Oven Bakery in Saskatoon with the goal of connecting local organic whole grains to his community. The bakery is achieving this by building farmer relationships, sourcing organic grain, stone milling it at the bakery, making wholegrain sourdough bread in a wood-fired oven, and sharing rustic French inspired pastries that again incorporate Saskatchewan grain.
