Come join this workshop to hear about examples of organic farmer-led work with organic small grains. Everything from farmer seed coops, to participatory on-farm plant breeding to value-added and seed saving with be highlighted. There will be plenty of time for questions, and answers, as well as opportunity to discuss the specific challenges facing organic small grain farmers in the Canadian western prairies, as well.
