Marika Dewar-Norosky

Marika Dewar-Norosky is the Executive Director of Manitoba Organics and a trainer for the Nutrient Budgeting App. She holds a degree in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Manitoba and lives on her family’s organic grain farm in Western Manitoba. Growing up on the farm instilled in her a passion for sustainability and responsible food production.

In her role at Manitoba Organics, Marika promotes sustainable farming, organic certification, and industry partnerships. She also supports key initiatives such as the Nutrient Budgeting App, Organic Grain Hub, and the Canada Grazing Exchange.

Outside of work, Marika enjoys exploring nature, being an active community member, and serves as a gliding instructor with the cadet program. Lifelong learning is something she values deeply.
